Brand New Roof in Sutton Coldfield

We were delighted to have the opportunity to transform a client’s roof in Sutton Coldfield into a brand new, upgraded renovation. Not only did this revamp take the property’s aesthetic to the next level, but this new roofing system has enhanced the structure’s longevity and efficiency.

The Problem

Our client approached us with concerns regarding the age of their roof, knowing that an aged roof on their property can lead to a variety of issues. Our team at Sutton Coldfield Roofers attended the home and completed a thorough roof inspection. From this roof inspection, we were able to devise a detailed plan to ensure our client’s property had a roof which would provide long-lasting protection for many years to come.

The Process

Dry Valley Installation: This system was installed in order to improve water drainage on the new roofing system.

Stripping Old Roof: Our Roofing Team carefully removed the old roof materials to replace them with modern and more efficient roof tiles and materials.

Bay Roof Replacement: For our client’s bay roof, we replaced the old felt with a high-quality, modernised felt material to bring this section up to standard with the rest of the new roof. In addition to this, brand-new, durable tiles were installed for a seamless finish.

Dry Verge and Cladding Installation: This system increases the roof’s resilience against wind and weather.

Mechanically Fixed Hip System: This system provides extra stability and durability to the roof as it provides excellent protection against the environment and weather.

Dry Ridge System: We installed a dry ridge system, which improves the ventilation of the roof and reduces ongoing maintenance requirements when compared to traditional motor-based ridges.

Vertical Tiling: To complete the renovation of the roof, we replaced the bay windows’ tiling with brand new roof tiles which blend seamlessly with the new roof.
